Your wedding day is fast approaching and you may now be wondering who will manage the final details of your big day, that’s where we come in, Perfect Preparation will be discreetly on hand throughout the day and evening to ensure that your day runs smoothly and you can relax and enjoy this once in a life time occasion with your family and friends.

Six weeks before your big day we will meet at a location of your choice or at our offices in central Truro to discuss the final details of your big day, we will then contact your extensive list of suppliers and confirm the last minute details for you.

Two weeks before the big day we will meet again to discuss the schedule for the day and arrange collection of decoration items and venue set up. We will ensure your venue is set the way you dreamed it would be, co-ordinate with your suppliers to ensure that there are no problems and they know when and where they should be, ensure every finer detail is right so that you enjoy your special day and that in the event of a problem, we will be there to sort it for you.
