Perfect Preparation

The full wedding planning is for couples that wish to have the full support and experience of a wedding planner. It takes on average 250 hours to plan a wedding which is why more couples these days are hiring wedding planners for their expert advice. A Wedding is expensive and although employing a wedding planner can seem like an extra overhead, it can help save you money through using their experience and recommended suppliers.

Initial Consultation

At your initial face to face complementary consultation, we will discuss your thoughts, wedding desires and dislikes and you as a couple. Every couple and wedding are different, therefore this consultation is very important as it helps us to understand your tastes, style, personalities and what will make your wedding day magical and enables us to discover the crucial details about your wedding, either in the comfort of your home at a time to suit or at our offices in central Truro.

Proposal

Following the complementary consultation, a detailed proposal is drawn up highlighting everything that we discussed. It is then your decision if you wish to hire Perfect Preparation as your wedding planner, we hope that you will. On receipt of the signed Terms and Conditions and a deposit of 20%, we will commence work on your wedding. We will not take on more than 2 weddings in the calendar month of your wedding to ensure you have our total dedication.
